What information is required for a purchase order?

  • The signature of your organization's accounts payable officer or department head;
  • The address, phone and fax number of your organization;
  • Any necessary accompanying documentation, i.e. permission agreement, non-profit status letter, etc.

If your organization does not have a formal purchase order form, please submit a letter on your company's letterhead with the above listed information to:

Does The National Campaign charge sales tax?
The National Campaign only charges sales tax to those customers whose billing address is in Washington, DC. DC residents/organizations must pay 5.75% sales tax or submit copies of their DC tax-exemption certificates.

Do you offer any discounts for bulk orders?
As a general rule, National Campaign products are already discounted. However, in special circumstances, bulk order pricing can sometimes be negotiated. Prior to placing your order, please contact

How long should I expect to wait to receive my order after making the purchase?
If all items are in stock, most orders are filled within 48 hours of receipt, and you can expect to receive your package within one to three weeks. If an item is out of stock or on re-order, you will be notified by The National Campaign and given an estimated date of shipment, based on when the product will be back in supply.  If you need your order more quickly, we can occasionally offer express shipping; for more information, read our express shipping policy

What should I do if I am expecting an order and have not received it?
If your products have not been received within four weeks of placing your order, please contact The Naitonal Campaign 202-478-8500.  Please provide as much detail as you can about your order, particularly, the date on which you placed the order, the total amount of the order, the name under which the order was placed, or some/all of the products ordered.  We will research the situation and work with you to resolve it in a timely manner.

How can I find out about new National Campaign resources as they become available?
The National Campaign sends out regular electronic bulletins about products, National Campaign news, and information relating to teen and unplanned pregnancy.  In addition, The National Campaign has a quarterly electronic newsletter, the Campaign Update, which features similar stories in greater depth.  To sign up for either of these publications, please click here and complete the form.  Both services are provided free of charge and we will never sell your email address to an outside organization.
